Welcome to Guramo Outreach. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://guramo.com, and any associated services. By using our Website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


1. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when engaging with Guramo Outreach.
  • Unauthorized or illegal activities, including any behavior deemed incriminating or damaging to Guramo Outreach‘s reputation, may result in the termination of services at our sole discretion.

2. Service Packages

Guramo Outreach offers various service packages tailored to your needs, as outlined on our Website’s “Packages” page. Specific details, including pricing, deposit amounts, and maintenance fees, are available on our Website.

Payments:

  • A deposit is required to initiate services, with the remaining balance due as specified in the service agreement.
  • Late payments for annual services, such as hosting, domain, email, support, and payment gateway (or similar services), will incur fees:
    • 10% late fee for payments overdue by 30 days.
    • 25% late fee for payments overdue by 60 days.

Note: Fees apply due to contractual obligations with third-party vendors associated with these services.

Refund Policy:

  • Deposits are refundable only if requested within 30 days of payment.
    • Requests made within 14 days of payment: 100% refund.
    • Requests made after 14 day: 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days of payment.

Note: Refunds excludes non-recoverable costs for domain registration and hosting. Domain registration and hosting services are third-party provisions that are non-recoverable once initiated. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

 

3. Referral Program

Guramo Outreach offers a referral program designed to reward users for recommending our services. Full details of the program can be found at: https://guramo.com/guramos-referral-program/.

Referral Payment Terms:

  • Referral rewards will only be paid after the referred project’s are completed and minimum of 14 days has passed. This ensures compliance with the refund policies above and allow time of the referred client’s eligibility.
  • The referral amount is determined based on the referral’s tier, as outlined in the referral program details.
  • Payments will be made via the method specified during the referral registration process.

Conditions:

  • Guramo Outreach reserves the right to reject referrals or withhold payments if the referred client is involved in fraudulent or incriminating activities.
  • Referral participants must comply with the terms outlined in the referral program policy to remain eligible for rewards.

4. Termination of Services

Guramo Outreach reserves the right to terminate or refuse services in the following circumstances:

  • If you engage in activities deemed illegal, unethical, or damaging to our reputation.
  • If payment terms are violated or overdue payments are not resolved.
  • If incriminating behavior is identified, Guramo Outreach may, at its sole discretion, discontinue all associations with the client without liability.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Indonesian law.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Guramo Outreach or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.


7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Legal Compliance

Consumer Protection

  • Guramo Outreach is committed to complying with Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, which ensures fair trade practices and consumer rights.
  • Refund requests will be honored within 30 days of the deposit, provided the conditions outlined in these Terms are met.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection

  • Guramo Outreach adheres to Indonesia’s Electronic Information and Transactions Law (EIT Law) and Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 to ensure the security and integrity of your data.
  • We implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect user information, in line with guidelines from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) and Indonesia’s National Cybersecurity Strategy.
