The challenge
Elate Staffing needed to scale recruiting output without scaling team size. Their core bottlenecks were predictable: inconsistent follow-ups, slow response times, and a lead-to-placement process that relied too heavily on manual outreach and rep-by-rep execution. They needed a system that could increase qualified conversations, improve conversion rates, and shorten the time from first touch to booked call.
Our Approach
